I craft in a bunch of different mediums and am a master of none, but having my own pieces thoughtfully displayed in my apartment brings so much whimsy to the space while making me feel more confident in my art. And it’s a budget friendly way to decorate! I was just window shopping in LES and there are so many cool boutiques with handmade, albeit, funky junky looking decor items that feel so coolly styled and special. Hang your kids art up, your partners, and your own!
